Born in Corrientes, Argentina, on November 19, 1970.

Lawyer (Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, 1993). Master's Degree in Business Law (Universidad Austral,1998).

He develops his activity counseling companies in an integral way, specializing in commercial and labor matters, charters in which litigates actively attending high complexity processes. Intervenes in union negotiations and conflicts and participates in M&A processes, addressing the contractual problems and the transfer of personnel. He has extensive experience in leading public bidding and contracting processes with the State.

He works in the ERSA Group and served as a Partner of the Montti, Berdaguer, Silvero & Associates Law Firm, as a Legal Consultant in the Belgrano Accountants Firm, as Secretary of University Extension in the Faculty of Law of the Universidad del Nordeste and as a Counselor in the Senate of the Nation.

He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital.
