Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 1, 1978.

Lawyer (UCA, 2002). Master's Degree in Business Law (Universidad Austral, 2010).

Her specialization is business counsel with special dedication in drafting contracts, issues of corporate law and legal monitoring of the business of her clients. She also has solid experience in counseling foreign companies both in the "start up" of their business in the country and in the subsequent development and M&A processes. She also has experience in the management of companies related to agribusiness and especially agrochemicals.

Her vast experience and technical knowledge allow her to efficiently and confidently counsel national and foreign companies, proposing the best options to legally channel their investments and businesses. Modern commercial contracting is also an important aspect of her professional performance.

She worked at Estudio Barreto & Associates, at Estudio Beccar Varela, at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, at DS Avocats and at the National Civil Justice.

She is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital.
