Born in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, on September 29, 1972.

Lawyer (Universidad Católica de Córdoba, 1995). Notary (Universidad Católica de Córdoba,1996). Master's Degree in Business Law (Universidad Austral, 1998).

Expert in commercial contracting, with great experience in counseling and structuring operations related to the purchase of rights, negotiation of audiovisual signals and web support. He has participated in the launch and commercialization of the DIRECTV Service in Argentina and Uruguay. He has also served as legal counselor of the TyC Sports signal in the organization and sale of television rights for sport events, which has given him specific knowledge that applies to his work. Counsels and litigates in cases related to mass commercial contracting (agencies, concession and distribution) and participates in the legal structuring of the start-up of new companies related to web businesses.

He is also a legal counselor of CECHA and of the Chambers of different provinces that brings together the Gas Stations of every country.

He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital.
