

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on November 22, 1969.
Lawyer (UBA, 1998). Postgraduate in Banking Law (UBA, 2003-2004). Master's Degree in Business Law (Universidad Austral, 2006-2007).
He counsels national and foreign companies on business and business law. His usual practice includes assistance in complex litigation in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate, banking and administrative law. He has extensive experience in the preparation, analysis, review and negotiation of contracts. He is an advisor to various national government agencies.
He worked in the National Commercial Justice (1989-2000), in Carballo and Associates Law Firm (2004-2015), in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and in the Ministry of Economy of the Nation.
He was a professor in the Postgraduate Specialization of Bankruptcy Syndicate in the Universidad de Concepción del Uruguay and in the subject "Concursos y Quiebras" in the Catedra of Dr. Héctor Alegría in the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital.
